Exam Study Advice (What You Should Know):

A few things to know before you dive into the resources above:

  • Create a study plan to allocate time for the video course, lab exercises, and practice tests. This will help you track your progress and estimate your completion time, ensuring you’re prepared well-ahead of your exam.
  • Focus on understanding AI concepts and gaining hands-on experience (leverage AWS Free Tier account) as this will make it easier to identify AWS services and their unique use cases.
  • You can also reschedule your exam up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you won’t be able to make it.

Exam Day Experience

  • The AWS AI Practitioner Certification exam has a 120-minute duration and consists of 85 questions. Candidates who are non-native English speakers may also apply for a 30-minute time extension. The exam questions are in multiple-choice and multiple-response format and the passing score is 700 out of 1000.
  • During the exam, you may use the flag feature to mark specific questions and revisit them later. If you still have remaining time, review all your answers before submitting the exam. The results will be available around 5 business days.
  • Based on our exam experience, we recommend focusing on the following topics:
    • Amazon SageMaker
    • Amazon Q
    • Amazon Bedrock
    • Amazon AI / ML Services: E.g. Polly, Lex, Comprehend.
    • Fundamental Concepts of AI (Overfitting, Supervised Learning, Tokens)
